The largemouth are OK to throw back, but guess what Darci? Technically you could be cited for throwing back any non-native fish. When you threw back Connor's Clown Knife Fish you could have been cited for releasing an invasive species. Watch Landshark Fishing's Brook Crist videos. The FWC officer said he, in particular, would cite them for releasing ANY invasive species, including cichlids and the knife fish. I didn't hear anything about Peacock Bass which are actually a cichlid, the largest in the world. I would go ask the FWC at the highest level.

Use a Black and white Hula popper ' or a perch colored Rattle Trap. Spray WD-40 on your electrical connections, It was designed for that purpose. Keeps them from oxidizing.

All of that corrosion must have blown a fuse. As one guy replied, use Dielectric grease like we do in motorcycle plug jacks, you will be trouble free for good!

Wire the trolling motor direct and put a circuit breaker and a on/off switch near the trolling batteries. Plugs will always fail.
