Hey john, I have an idea, you can make a collection of that cut out V scale of lobster, which will be great for the time when you will get old, you will be having huge amount of that scales, and variety too.
Think on it, it will realy make you proud in your old-age days because, it will represent how many conservation you have done. gbi

I always get a laugh out of how you manhandle the edible crabs; I-m sure I-m not the first person to say so but the blue crabs we eat on the eastern US coast are more aggro like those swimming crabs.
Also interesting is your observation about recently peeled edible crabs not being great to take, as softshell blue crabs are quite nice

Being from the NE United States, watching you throw those smaller lobsters back, all I can think about is how many of those don't make it to the bottom here. The Stripers suck those down and chew them up. We get this fish up to 50 inches and 70lbs around here. And they are voracious.

Nice to see you harvesting responsibly! I live in the northeastern USA, next to a large bay, and I cannot count the number of times I've found the tell-tale signs of people digging shelfish in the off-limits areas designated for -seeding. - Glad you notch for future generations!

Not a bad day 2 big lobbos and a few small ones. I've noticed your pots don't have a lot of seaweed on them is that because their new? Also with some animals/creatures the older ones don't produce a lot of young as the younger ones is that the same in lobsters? Great vid! -------

Nice catch and decision to v-notch mate. Question: can u catch crayfish (a big spiny red/orange/yellow creature, as opposed to your local lobster, in the south west? Is great to see both the coast and the seabed in the same vid, ta 4 the treat!
