Dang I am self taught and through trial and suborn determination I have enjoyed fly fishing. But I do get twists in my line from time to time. I really appreciate you not only showing me how to get ride of it but what causes it. I have not been able to fly fish for a very long time but now that I am getting around a bit better I am gathering my stuff for a fun trip maybe this year but most definitely next, I am excited to get back to it. mostly the peace and serenity of fly fishing is what is needed. carry on my brother. enjoy the forest and nature. and of course the fish,

- Really good demo Rio, to much great info to be watch only once. You should talk a little about how the lines react to the changes in temperature - and how cold is too cold as well, how hot is too hot for fly lines.
The swivels really work, I mush said, I-m a surf fly fisherman, they wear out and must be replace, I do replace then every other season if you don-t raise them in fresh water after use.
Thank you for sharing this little but so helpful video series guys --

I typically hold the line between thumb and forefinger and strip it in as fast as possible to get rid of twists. Old spin rod trick that happens to work with fly line if you do it right.
