Ice Fishing for Manitoba Walleyes! After a few days of Trout I had the opportunity to join Wekusko Falls Lodge owner, Bryan Bogdan for a backcountry Multi-Specie first ice tour. The goal was Walleye, but there were some other catches along the way. Thanks for the support! Make sure to hit that subscribe button! We're going to be hitting the ice hard this season! #huntfishmb WEKUSKO FALLS LODGE

i live in utah united states, there are two ponds by my house on the mountain side, one is in the shade and about 200 feet higher in elevation closer to the base of the mountain than the other one that isn't in the shade and a little bit farther down the hill. many winters the one up the hill will have 8 - 10 inches of ice and the one at lower elevation won't even cap the entire winter.

Awesome video - I really appreciate you walking us through your electronics setup too. Super helpful as I prepare for the Winter season here in Ontario. Also dropped ya a while I was here. Cheers, Andrew.

Hey guys i'm just getting into ice fishing and am looking at buying a flasher. Can anyone help me out and give me advice on a good one, not too expensive or fancy as i'm just a beginner. Thanks!

Why dont you run a helix instead of the vexilar?
You can use your AutoChart maps from the open water, while ice fishing. I fricken love my 7 G2

Great video. Your ice-fishing seem a bit different than how we do it in Sweden (and this last winter we didn't even get any ice where I live.

Hey Jay I am working on setting up a flasher camera of my own! Is there a trick so the flasher doesnt look so flickery on the GoPro?

Any chance you can post your fishing gear from the video? rods, reels, lines?
Those hardcases look really nice for the rods.
