ROFL funny thing is you have to be given the chance to leave and refuse to leave or be caught again before they can actually press charges against you. They can't force you to stay if they do that opens a can of worms for a lawyer to go fishing with.

I don't care that you were fishing in a no fishing spot, ( I used to all the time) what I DO care about is your releasing those back into our waters to continue breeding out the native species. Kill the damn things please!

Aren't invasive fish illegal to throw back in Florida? But it's cool to catch South American fish in your back yard. You should have told rent a cop you were doing fish surveys and helping feed elders.

It's illegal to re release an invasive species, they need to be killed. You could have told them they're harboring invasive species and you were helping THEM out. They should be grateful.

You guys realize that catching invasive exotic species is ok, but not ok to re-release them. All invasives must be killed, euthanized, etc. thats FWC rules, not mine.
