Thats fun. We used to catch Blacktip Shark & sell the fillets for 4lb to local All you can Eat buffet restaurants. No commercial license, just reg. Fishing licenses but when Texas restricted the Keep Amounts we stopped. It was fun extra cash while it lasted. The people in the restaurants had no idea they were eating Shark. Blacktips are delish.

Soaking all that fish with open wounds in bloody water affects the taste and texture of the flesh tremendously. If I knew my fish was treated that way I wouldn't use it. (Source: am chef)

Honest question, I know you're targeting kings, but what do your buddies do with all of the Bonito they catch? Is it sold in the fish markets or sold to bait Stores shark bait?
