Please. More comparisons at the dinner table. We love hearing how the taste of one type of fish compares to another. Debi loves catfish while I find them a bit to fishy. It's the skin. Maybe we don't cook or filet then correctly. Any help would be appreciated. Both of us love Crappie. To my taste Crappie are the best eating freshwater fish out there. Small or Largemouth bass? Bluegill or other Sunfish? Perch? What are each of your favorite eating freshwater fish? How much does the prep count towards the final serving? Is there a way to separate the taste of catfish skin from the rest of the filet? That's my personal issue. The least little bit of skin the overpowers the taste of the white flesh. Is there a way to make a great coating without the spicy stuff? That's Debi's issue Everything sounds great to her until Cole pours on the spices. I'm either / or on this but I need to know Debi is loving her meal.
