I admit I was partially at fault, I switched from Team Red to Team Green after 10 years and didn't do enough research on the card in question, I just trusted the brand but it ended up being the noisiest and hottest GPU I have ever bought.
Games would constantly cause it to overheat and blue screen windows. I had to use afterburner to set my own fan speeds to prevent the overheating, which made the fan noisier than my ceiling fan. I only had it for two years, before I got rid of it. I stuck it in my dad's PC (he's going deaf, he legit can't hear the fans even at max). Still once bitten...

14:30 No steve , they didnt do ANYTHING good with mojang or minecraft , they tried to make a windows10 remake that failed , making the development of the java version go on a stand still for almost 2 years before Pewdiepie made it popular again and the company started improving on it again .So they failed even there , also they are trying to force people into migrating their mojang account into Microsoft accounts ,something they specifically said they WOULDNT DO but here we are .They even came out with a controversy about how they will handle banning people , pretty much telling people if you get banned in one server you will be banned in ALL servers and that ban may be automatic with WORD filters , because you curse or something ,even if the server is Anarchy you get banned in all GLOBAL WIDE . Microsoft destroyed anything they acquired .

game stops history is anti pc comunity- Totalbiscuit did many video's u can watch if you are un informed. this company is the reason reselling console games is not a thing(they do have drm right) dont pay atention cause i dont play consoles or phone games. my time is too valued for loading screens. if it cant perform on par with a pc itss junk and regression in technology. still duno why consoles dont have modular gpu slots. and psu cause they both over heat. and hard drive cause its junk lol.. so why do people buy consoles? went to the wifes cousin't and we played download the video game. so cool. you would think the tree hugger community would be onboard with less e waste???? still have my xbox 360. like new, its only played like 5 games and its just a noisy dvd player. had to mod the power brick so it dint burn my house down

I think what will happen is Microsoft will force users to register/login to Microsoft account to be able to use Discord.
I believe Discord will have advertisements after the acquisition.
Discord will be more controlled on what you can and can't do; stricter rules and they will be enforced even more.
Microsoft will make Discord a spyware, when you say something bad, it will mark you as a bad person internally in Microsoft's servers and they will watch your activity to auto-remove your account.
Hopefully these things won't happen. Overall, I think is a good thing for Microsoft to buy Discord because then Discord doesn't need to think about money, and that acquisition will be good for longevity of Discord's company lifespan.

MS have wrecked Minecraft. Every update breaks our accounts & to get a reply from support takes TWO WEEKS. That's right during a pandemic they lock us out of our accounts, password reset doesn't work & because they've screwed so many others (I guess) support is taking weeks to get to tickets (I can prove this).
On top of that I raised a ticket for both accounts, 2 weeks later I get a reply saying fixed I check he 2nd account not fixed so I reply & he says only one fix per ticket start again so now after a month I have ONE working account & 2 frustrated kids.
They don't respond on twitter just say oh sorry we'll get to your ticket ASAP

A discord adquisition would be great for Xbox if they implement it correctly. I think they could just follow discord business model by unlocking premium features or higher quality for paid users. Discord could be used as a streaming platform as well and if used correctly they could even have a string conference platform if they integrate it with Office. I don't know how could they blow it, I just hope they don't do it.

Given MS's track record with communications software, I would really prefer Discord to go public by comparison. If it's purely a fiscal concern though? I think I'd prefer it if they stayed private and enforced a small subscription cost. I'm tired of investors throwing their weight around and trashing products.

So far Intel needed restructuring and they've found the right people in bring in. Getting rid of corporate bean counters running the company that should have NEVER ran the company in the first place. When it comes to Discord, I would 'prefer' Discord not being sold to Microsoft, but in the end it 'can' be not as bad as people think it is. I'm pessimistic about it and wouldn't take that gamble. The only good thing I can think of that can come out of this, is that XBox Game Pass can be tied to Nitro.
