I can see the hypothetical increase in the fidelity of the adjustment of the fan curves with the new inclusion of the thermistor, leading to supposed better cooling and sounds. I like the look of the Fan software too. Indifferent to the screen, because I don't care for it but I think people who do will like it probably... The thickness of the radiator, I like the look of. Maybe they should give a list of a few cases its compatible with on their store page?
Cabling is whatever, I would like someone to set a standard; this is just something that will be phased out in a few months. What I find weird is spending the resources and adding unnecessary cost to the end user with the accelerometers in the fans. The use case is a complete gimmick I feel.

I built a new PC in the HYTE Y60 in December. A 13900K with RTX 4090. I bought additional HYTE fans so they would all be consistent (although it turns out the ones in the case are PWM but the extra ones you can order are not). I specifically ordered the skinniest RTX 4090, the PNY XLR8 to get as much space between the gpu and the glass side panel. The THICC Q60 would have allowed me to get any RTX 4090 without it being up against the glass. Seeing these new versions of the case and fans really addressed the only minor complaints I have about my build. TBF they are very minor as everything still runs cool as it is. But its nice to see that they are focusing their time in the right places.

I really wish that manufacturers would get the memo that aRGB lighting is best used when creating a consistent color theme to the build. Like, yes, I get it, you're trying to demonstrate that it's actually RGB and not just a fixed light, but we all know that already. The consumers has already come to expect case lighting to be RGB by this point, let's start seeing some color themed builds using them by default. If users get bored of the color they can change it and to me that's the whole point of them with some of the fancy lighting effects/reactive effects being a nice bonus on top

The cooling solution isnt the problem, and i dont like your implying that it is.
The PROBLEM are these massive 300+ watt TDPS on whats essentially a 2 cm square contact patch.
TDP TBP and the others all need to be readdressed, and standards need to start defining hard limmits on CPU and GPU power, because if you do the math, were gonna run out of power long before, with PC power consumption TRIPPLING in the last 5 years, well folks, your local grids aint trippling in size, were to dependant and to wastefull with ELECTRICITY and thats the bottom line.

I think we still have yet to see the CPU/resource usages of that software. That might change Steve's opinion on the software, I'm sure of it.
Also, I can't say I love magnet in this specific use-case. PC internal is supposed to be permanent, with now and then maintenance on a few parts. Having magnet is more suitable for removable connections (like charger cable for example). I think reviewers will love it though.

Steve, I want you to know the air measurement being latent from the fan on the radiator is important and a critical missed point in your aio reviews. It produces a similar effect to measuring liquid temp, which consequently allows you to base fan speed off that more important and gradual metric rather than the random hysteresis of the CPU temp, in a water cooled system.

I'm really enjoying the new tech being introduced at Computex!! It seems as when PC parts begin to get thicc-er it will require companies to have to develop new technologies/parts to support those changes. The new 40 series for example are HUUUGGE and will require more power and bigger support parts so they run efficiently. Great job GN Team!

Software I don't actually hate. Is like getting an Oscar from Steve. Good job, Hyte. Also good job on actually naming that ridiculous radiator the THICC. There's a million dumb number/letter combo gamer names that coulda been but they know we've all already all resigned ourselves to just calling it the THICC.

In all honesty, I think their idea for these cables is pretty dope, but my only concern is how well the magnet would hold in a situation where there's limited space for cable management. I've seen some cables get pulled by other cables when the case was closed. Not a common scenario, obviously, but still.

That white Hyte 40 case with the screen cooler and everything looked incredible. If the cooler could come in all white without black accents it would be the cherry on top. Wow, blown away. And the screen panel on the 60 case I didn't see before, really a perfect match for either case scenario.

Hyte offers some interesting tech, but a lot of it can't be sold on its inherent value to the PC builder, so it's being sold on its cool value. In other words, it's a bit of tech and a lot of marketing. The more RGB focus, the more slanted away from useful technology and toward marketing.

I don't like all these proprietary connectors for everything. In reality it's just a way to tie you into buying all one manufacturers stuff, and if it fails years in the future and have been discontinued there is no way to replace or repair the things. Seems wasteful and costly.

The accelerometer is a little much. You could just identify the fan by ramping is and manually set it in software if you didn't know what it was plugged into. How easy is it to move the fan if it shows up in the wrong location. Seems like more of a gimmick and maybe a headache.

As someone with multiple machines with extreme watercooling. I won't be using corsair again. It is over complicated (probably by design) and the software was designed by someone whose only job must be to play with that software. The UI is awful and not intuitive at all.
