Have you ever considered doing a series or long form episode on what kind of PC you would personally build at different price points Say $1000, $2000, $3000, etc Something people could use as a guide or maybe even use to help them build their own PC Maybe even do a collaboration type thing where you and other computer focused creators all come up with your own lists and builds at different price points and then benchmark them to see whos does the best etc
It's been really difficult for me to decide what I should buy. There are way too many options on NewEgg. Many of them are basically the same thing with different words and numbers. Like motherboards. Why does NewEgg AI recommend I use one motherboard that costs a little more in my build than another that is not only a little cheaper but Grok tells me is much better It's really confusing.

Talk to music comment, analysis, reaction, and education creators about UMG sometime. YT does not care about the creators who are the source of their income. Why does the creator face possible perjury penalty for contesting but the claimant does not The YT strike system is basically SLAPP.

Bloomberg never had any intention of backing up their copyright claim, they just saw a free opportunity to spitefully cost you a ton of money. And they took it.
I wonder if they realize the harm they did to themselves by doing this; probably not.. they truly Bloomberged themselves.

They chickened out because the thing they fear the most is a precedent in court that would prevent them from doing this over and over again... obviously they will not risk creating case law that would fck them up... what they don't realize is that THIS L they took IS a precedent already.

I am going to stop reading any Bloomberg article. And any company that's abusing copyright strikes, should be taken to task. Like if their copyright strike gets retracted 3-5 times, they should no longer have the option to send another copyright strike for 1 month.

Why can't you counter sue against frivolous lawsuits, but the amount would cover the legal cost and then some so not only do you get the money spent back but to punish large companies for doing such antics
Also, the 3 strike rule should apply to crime as well.

Bloomberg is controlled by the Chinese Communist Party. If I had any doubt of that, Bloomberg has proven their CCP underpinnings by their actions in this case. Those who are dealing with Bloomberg might just as well deal directly with their CCP bosses.

It makes me so Happy to see that we are so sick and tired of getting bullied, and connected well enough, that we're finally able to stand up against the big boys. Here's hoping they don't destroy everything before we have a chance to start fixing it

The copyright strike system is bad; but, if it didn't exist and all issues were brought before a court the winners will always be lawyers. Even if a creator is found right its going to be tied up in court for quite awhile.

Introduce Bloomburg to litigation. It won't mean anything to them on money or resources but if enough people stand up and start suing them for damages and false copyright claims they will stop being so free with it.
