As a football fan and after a lot of research, I went with Sling Orange for $20.00, primarily for ESPN and Sunday Night Football. The Orange package doesn't have NFL Network (Thursday Night Football), but I'm an Amazon Prime member and can stream most of those games with my Prime membership for no additional cost.
I shaved the cord with my cable company several months ago and with an OTA antenna, a jailbroken Fire TV and Sling, I'm a happy camper and saving well over $100.00 a month. When football season ends, I'll drop Sling until next season starts.
I will never go back to cable TV unless they go completely ala carte at reasonable rates and I don't see that happening anytime soon.

I am looking to buy TX6 andorid Tv box and as per the customer support of none of those android tv box can play videos from Sling tv app. Sling is aware of the problem and they suggest switching to another device. Is that true I did not find anything about this on Sling website. They say they support on android tv but not sure if android tv box is different than android tv

I'm not sure what you are talking about when you say there is no computer app. You published this review on June 12, 2017 and I started my free service on June 20, 2017. Maybe they just came out with it in between time or I miss understood what you all were saying but Sling does have a downloadable app for Windows. I don't know about Apple.

Is there any way to extend the memory of the Cloud dvr Can you download a second cloud for another 50 hours 50 hours isn't much but once it's filled can I transfer recordings to make space for more, or must the programs be deleted

I signed up for the free 7 day trial that came with my Roku & sling ended up charging me for 2 months plus sent the Amazon Fire code to some other email not mine! Now I have to cancel my card & get a new one cuz they won't refund me!

I've been trying to get Disney and CN shows in a form thats reasonable and not too restrictive for years. I like animation. Rick/Morty, Gravity Falls, Airbender, etc. Kind of annoyed Disney is still being a pain in my butt.

Is it legal to substitute it for a business cable which you pay higher prices because its a business... for example I have a bar and pay more for cable ...Is Sling legal to have in a bar atmosphere legally

How Do I activate the DVR features I went into the settings and told it I want to try all the new features but still no DVR. Is it a phased roll out and will get to me when it's my turn Thanks!

I would preferred the timeline grid guide.
Also, Scott was a poor choice for this video. Not sure if he’s that awkward, or just trying to be funny. Either way, he’s a swing and a miss.

The only reason I want to get sling is to DVR ESPN (for Formula 1) - the one thing you cannot do - I love the world of cable & streaming TV, they are all so service excellence centric.

So Sling TV works like Netflix in terms of you can cancel at any time So if I start my subscription in September, I can cancel it the next month which would be October

I have looked into Sling TV. This is the day in age that we get to choose what we want to watch not the service provider. The only problem is Sling is not that flexible.

right now the DVR is pointless because u can't add more time to it or start early. I've had many shows get cut off and it's impossible to record sports..

I love sling tv. It's the best choice I've made for a while. Ditched directv.... Cut my bill literally in half.
