Thank you so much , your videos are very helpful... but how can i make specific people enter my meeting & at the same time i need others to wait in the lobby .. for example if i have a committee interviewing people let-s say the committee has 5 members & i need them to be in the call without letting them wait in the lobby & at the same time i have people who i-m gonna interview waiting & i accept them one by one .... how can i do that (i hope you get what i-m sayin)

6:30 WOW!!! It's 2022 and you can not Select All invitees to approve their entry into a meeting!!! That's like one of the most frequent keystrokes people use on a computer or any similar interface! I'm gobsmacked!! That stinks!!
Thank you though for confirming it Kevin. I couldn't find a way to do it after having people wait in the lobby, and now I know why!!

Kevin: is there a way for those waiting to be admitted to the meeting can communicate with each other while waiting? I am always early for meetings but I hate wasting time waiting to be admitted, if it was a real time meeting I could talk to the other attendees----- more often than not, more productive than the meeting----..

will enabling the lobby stop students from getting the notification that the meeting has started? if not, is there a setting to do this. the purpose is for Presenters to go into the meeting a few days prior to it so that they can practice co-presenting ... without anyone else getting notification that the meeting has started.

The fact that someone actually has to make a video to show how to do this illustrates the horrible weakness of Teams. My school switched to Microsoft Teams a couple of years ago and it's done nothing but cause more work and less productivity due to it simply not working half the time.

Hi - how do we have an open meeting at the school or in an organization where staff enter directly to the meeting - and at the same time add an external guest to the meeting but let the specific guest wait in the lobby until the timing is right for letting the person in?

Not sure if someone has already asked, but is the waiting list sorted by when they join the meeting or by their names? I have office hours and would like to meet with one or a group of students at a time, so I need to know whom to admit based on if they join first.

Not practical for the teacher having to allow each student individually to bypass the lobby.
Teachers just want to prevent students from starting the meeting without their presence (before the meeting starts as well as after it ends).

Hi Kevin, I create a meeting and I-m the outlook calendar I include a group of people and by mistake include a picture above the link for the meeting. Now I can-t find a way to share the link
