I really respect you for publicly admitting a mistake.
Some people think that apologizing for an error on their part is a sign of weakness.
I think refraining from doing that and pretending your were right, when you know you weren't is the real sign of weakness and insecurity.
Thank you for being honest with yourself and with us! Behaviours like this really help build trust.

Well done to all parties involved. And although you -made a mistake-, good stuff definitely came out of it. You had some legitimate criticisms, and Mr. Benni addressed them, and you also found a bug (the driver issue) that could have turned people off to a distro they may otherwise have loved.

It is very nice of you to apologize, but I don't think you needed. Criticism is very much needed in the linux world (respectful criticism). See what happened when you made that video? The dev jumped on the project right away and fixed all the issues. And that's what we need.

I both love and hate instantos, love the tiling, I didnt know I even would use a tiling wm ever. However I hate the lack of customization, I love my bling bling, I saw old videos with ui elements was round that looked amazing but now its flat and boring.

Not all are honest enough to admit an error and publicly say it. Congrats for that. And i know that some times the pressure to release a video not often is good for good quality investigation/review.
Humans fail... that's normal. Keep up the good work

Admitting error is sign of great trait in a human! I strive to do that myself, but I must admit I sometimes get blinded by my own pride. This is a good inspiration to be better. Thanks!

Just using virtualbox to review a distro is lazy. If you can validate that installing to hardware will perform the same way in virtualbox then you have a argument to stand on.

Animations are cool, it gives visual feedback as to what happened. Look and Feel attract lots of people than actual functionality, basically Apple exists because of it.

2:01 - a light year is a measure of distance, not time. It's defined as the distance light travels in a year time in vacuum (- 300 000 km/s - a year basically).
