Great video! I would add to Yammer vs Teams that each team tend to be a private silo for a set of team members to discuss and collaborate on content together. However, you must be a member of a team in order to see what happens within it, which makes it less suitable for wide company communication. Even -public Teams- or -org teams- tend to break down in terms of richness of content, open sharing culture and similar. So Yammer and Teams compliment each other because in Yammer, the communities you create tend to be open, and people can explore a community and choose if they want to be part of it or not, you can -mention anyone in the company without having to wonder if they are in your -team- or not and files open in view mode by default which makes it a great place to show information compared to teams which goes all into editing mode by default. They have different focuses basically - Yammer is to discuss and share primarily on subject matter and company communications. Teams is for internal collaboration within a group. Where Yammer and a team can work together is by setting a team up to capture if people on Yammer use a certain topic on their posts and notify the team so that they can formulate a response or react to the ongoing topics in the org.

Question about PowerPoint - I have overlapped on my Presenter view (Set-Up >Presented by a speaker (full screen)> Manually > slideshow monitor (my choice) Use Presenter View. What so when I open my Presenter View and make the black window out of the full screen it overlaps the slide. Do you have any idea how to fix it? Thank you here today, a day after I am asking in a different way you know where the best place is to ask this question. I am rewriting it: The slide in PowerPoint Preview is overlapping when not in full screen. This is a possible bug since the issue is happening even in other computers. Please release an update patch in Office (PowerPoint) that would be able to fix this bug. There are instances that a customer needs to use the PowerPoint along with other apps. The slide in PowerPoint Preview is overlapping when not in full screen. This is a possible bug since the issue is happening even in other computers. Kevin: I watch your videos frequently. Two weeks ago My OC, Windows 10 computer crashed and I lost everything. I have been restoring and am almost back to where iw was. I could not find my Office 2007 disks and thus purchased Microsoft 365. I am using outlook 365 an twice I lost all the mail in my inbox. I have researched and cannot find how to get it back. If you have any ideas, I would appreciate it if you can help. Thanks.

Love the video and the timestamps in the description make a great reference. As a Win11 user I've got Excel, Word and Access parked on the taskbar so I can quickly open those apps with my most often used files (In Win10 that could be done from the Start Menu). Right-clicking the app brings up a list of recent files that you can pin to the list so they're always on tap. Well done on a well thought out presentation -

I have purchased windows 10 and microsoft office 2019 product key. that was going fine for three years. but in this january all of a sudden it shows activate windows error code 0x803F7001and office product become unlicensed. i have not changed any parts of my laptop. So one thing people do not understand is how cores application and install. If you installed O365 when the 2016 was current then the core stays 2016 until it is not supported. One thing I am.learning Teams, One Drive, and multiple other APPs use Sharepoint as the back end. Sharepoint seems to be at the core of every connected APP.

How do I solve it when I open the WORD and it lets me choose between 'Start your free trial' and 'Buy Microsoft 365'. I'm confused what should i do because when i ignored it, the WORD is inactive and was disabled. I thought it's for free or something, but this one lets me pay. This also happened with powerpoint.

It's a sad thing microsoft just changed their licenses. M365 used to be flexible. Cancel, expand, upgrade, downgrade your plan on the fly. Sadly no longer true :(. Do you know why microsoft has begun to turn this around? You can still go for a monthly plan but thats 20 percent more expensive

With regards to outlook auto moving emails from a certain sender, how do i still have notifications for browser outlook? it seems whenver i apply this rule to a certain person, i stop receiving notifications if they send an email.
Is there a fix for this already? thanks
