PowerPoint Cameo First Look: Appear in your presentation - Kevin Stratvert learn how you can integrate live camera feeds directly into your slides with the cameo feature in PowerPoint for Windows. Cameo in PowerPoint enables you to seamlessly embed live camera feeds into your slides as part of your presentation. You can use this feature to create a more immersive experience for your audience. It can also help you be more prepared for your live presentation (such as presenting in Teams, Zoom) or even when recording your presentation in PowerPoint. Cameo gives you full control of live camera feeds in PowerPoint. Just like any other image, you can move, resize, crop, and apply transitions or styles to the camera feed. You can also use Designer in PowerPoint to enhance the look of your slides that use cameo. - Additional resources - How to Record your PowerPoint presentation: https://youtu.be/VWUxQ3S8S_A

Hi Kevin, how to record the presentation using Cameo? When I insert Cameo on a slide, and activate the camera, then if I click on the RECORD button, the usual record window appear, and Cameo is not there! At that point we see the usual camera window, at bottom right. Then, how to record Cameo?

greetings! this is another amazing new feature and thank you for sharing, Kevin. i just joined the Office Insiders and still do not see the Cameo feature in PowerPoint :) how long does it take after signing up, before i will see this feature in my PowerPoint?

This is grand Kevin BUT when I try it I get audio lag - lipsync not right. I see the same thing in other explainer videos about Cameo - but not yours - how did you fix that? Harry

Tnak you for sharing with us Kevin! A long awaited tool! How do you configure the blurring effect in your camera, or is it possible to use a background picture?

Hi Kevin, I see a record button in my power point. Is it the same as CAMEO? If this is so, thank you for bringing it to our notice. I am excited to use it in future.

Great to see this feature - looks similar to mmhmm.
Will Cameo be available with Teams screenshares of other applications such as Word or Excel?

my PowerPoint does not show Cameo in home screen and even on searching I could not find Cameo. My PP version is Microsoft 365 MSO (16.0.14326.20706).

Hey Kevin, I have presentations to record but I don't want to show my face. Is there any way I can add a talking avatar (like an Apple memoji)?

Thanks, Kevin. A nice find. I will certainly be trying this feature out... Anything to mix things up, and thus keep them interesting, hey ?

Love it. Could you go through how to turn off the cameras you mentioned ? That is always beneficial to hear for dummies like me. Thank you
