HP Omen X 65 Emperium BFGD first look
video description
1) HP customer service agent confirmed that product has global warranty-
2) HP customer service agent recommended to submit product to authorized service center (Ensure Services in Dubai)-
3) After 3 weeks HP authorized service center didn-t provide any feedback and once I called them they said that there has to be new part ordered and it will take them 5-6weeks-
4) I approached back the local HP customer service and after another one week of chasing them for solution HP warranty claim department agent (and then supervising manager) told me that it not their problem because it-s from Europe. Apparently HP global warranty means nothing, despite what they have originally confirmed and after they recommended to proceed with local UAE service center. -
5) They wasted 4weeks of my time to tell us that it is our problem and they will not deal with because it is from HP Europe - this is coming from HP office which is part of HP EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) region-
I personally never experienced such a poor customer service when the agent even yelled at me after I asked repeatedly why they recommended UAE authorized service at the first place. -
I would never expect such an unprofessional attitude and carelessness from company like Hewlett Packard. -
Very disappointing experience.

ONLY 384 LOCAL DIMMING ZONES ON A 65 INCH? What a piece of garbage. Blooming will be so distracting that it'll negate the black levels.
OVERPRICED TRASH DISPLAY.
P. s. Hell the damn Asus PG27UQ and the Acer Predator X27 both have 384 zones and they're only 27 inch displays.
384 zones on a 65 inch is just BAD.

750: 1000nits! What ARE you talking about? There's no such specification! And you have to read the meagre specs off a sheet of paper? You can't even remember the few specs you mention! Over priced or what!

Finally a true gaming display for couch gamers. True 144Hz unlike that fake true motion garbage TVs use, 1ms response time unlike the 90ms display TVs have and godly VRR. BUT THAT PRICE OMFG.

How is this any better than a nice 4k TV that costs less than half the amount? Sure, maybe the lower end TV's arn't as nice, but a nice 65- Panasonic would have this beat for way less.

This won't fit on my desk. Why waste resources developing this? This will perhaps go the same way as PDAs. It's neither a monitor nor a television. Who would be using these?
