Price parity with the 10 series, yes, but did you know that the laptop versions of the 10 series cards were sold almost double the price of the desktop ones? Nvidia wanted absolute silence on this, but some manufactures who tried to have the mobile GPUs for tiny desktops revealed it, Nvidia wanted twice as much, so take that into account. These are not more expensive than previous gen ones, but those were much more expensive than the equivalent desktop ones.

These are decent entry prices, and Cyberpowerpc usually has 5% off coupon codes and no tax outside of CA, plus endless customization options.
But the other thing to consider is, these Tongfang computers are generally priced more cheaply than their mainstream counterparts, so we can expect MSI, ASUS, Gigabye, etc. to have relatively higher pricing.

These are the Tongfang GK5CN5Z/GK7CN6S chassis. The previous GTX versions was sold by a lot of different names, including Walmart OP, PC Specialist Recoil II, Schenker XMG Neo 15, Monster Tulpar, Hyperbook Pulsar, Illegear Onyx, Eluctronics Mech G2, CyberPower Tracer III.

Right click on that Nvidia control panel to make sure it-s not a MaxQ.
Many manufacturers there were advertising RTX without MaxQ but when I check their control the GPU was labeled as MaxQ.
I didn-t get the opportunity to check out these unfortunately.

Hopefully Walmart will develop a new Over Powered line with the RTS lineup. The prices can't be beat. Those laptops look identical to the recently sold out Walmart OP lineup.

2 years of GTX = well optimization. RTX is still kinda a joke with the one game that has the feature. Don't throw away those ancient GTX laptops for another year or two.

Meanwhile I-m hoping to get a half decent 1050ti/1060 laptop on a budget of $1k-1. 5k Canadian. hopefully these releases will make GTX laptops easier on the wallet.

the next laptop i'll buy needs to have a intel cpu based on a 10nm process. rtx is sure as hell good. but the next laptop needs to be better in terms of cpu too.

that thing chassis seems to be very cheap i think laptops from known brands will be more expensive than that. Tracer never heard that name.
