As usual he is an incredibly talented instructor. I think he is not teaching photography as such, but rather revealing the complex techniques, you as a photographer need in order to make an post production in the digital darkroom. So, even though I may disagree with his degrees or intensities of adjustments, I simply do not care, because he is concentrated in giving the rest of the world the amount of knowledge he has on the issue. What is important in this tutorials is his know-how. For free. I am absolutely grateful for that.

Truly you have mastered your craft in PS, Unmesh and thank you for sharing this to us. Have been applying your lessons to my workflow. Its a motivating experience when you get it right. Your 1 min high end skin touch and your replace sky in seconds are the ones giving me new heights to my images. I am taking things one a time, getting through its paces gradually. Warm regards!

i think that excellent of what u do, i might consider having a regular show just for pic critique and improvement suggestions for the people who send u photos for evaluation, it could be a nice thing to do, please consider that.

Don't love what you did with this one. Looks too fake / painty / HDR-ish. Nothing can replace good lighting in photography. But I love your PS tips! Thanks.

Another tip for adding noise is to go to Camera Raw filter and choose Add Noise, here you have lots of options. Nice tutorial, keep it up!
