For creating snow with strong winds, or obstructions and winds I think using the Angle Control: Direction would be very helpful. Wind doesn't always have a uniform direction across a scene. Also, couldn't you use a snowflake texture instead of just a round brush?

I can't find your video on check layers, I could have sworn you had a video on luminosity, color and saturation check layers. It was a great video and I went back to watch it again and I can't seem to find it. Am I missing something?

Unmesh I wonder, since you live in Mumbai have you ever seen snow up close in real life? Many of my friends from South Africa first experienced snow when they moved abroad. I'm curious where you have travelled.
