If your goal is to just get bigger and stronger and look like you lift then I 100% can confirm that a reg park style 5x5 using basic barbel movements will get anyone bigger and stronger and look like you lift and can fill out a t shirt
Unless you are an athlete, pro body builder or some sort of fitness model and you earn a living from it I can’t see any reason for doing anything different

I realize most of your audience is probably male. But you have some women followers too. The guys over and over makes me feel like the video is not for me, you don't care about me, yada yada. Small adjustment you could make, if not too much to ask. I'm here too, I'm interested, I'm learning, I do respect and admire your work. Hope that feels reasonable.

The bulletproof chest video was the best video for chest, so far. warm up, corrective, not endless sets of crossovers, variety in purpose (longevity, strength, hyoertrophy. So, I am totally voting for a full series. Biceps, next With, maybe, some ring inverted spider chins included

athleanx Any chance our homie Jeff can refresh/update the INFERNO Max/Size purchased workout program with all these new workouts he's come up with the last couple of years I'm too unsure/dumb to know when and where I can substitute some of these newer exercises.

Something I wonder if can you really get away with one one upper chest exercise I usually do two exercises for the upper chest and one for the middle and one for the lower chest

The AX 1 programs should be updated to include these types of warm-ups and checks. Program is extremely outdated at this point and I feel it could use a refresh

Would love a bullet-proof legs and (lower) back workout. I'm 46 and do a lot of karate and this is one area I find I fet hurt in the most. Thanks, Jeff!

Use gravity to your advantage and remember that momentum. .. Increases need to control accelerated mass and increased stresses on you.
