I just did shoulder press, weighted dip, tri pushdown, weighted chin, bent over row, hammer curl. Quite satisfying. You can move big weights because it's just warm up and then go. Fifteen hard minutes on the stairmaster, and out the door. A lot of benefit in a short period of time.
The problem with curling and pressing a plate is progression. A French press tri-bar, taking the -hammer- hand position works quite well.

amazing workout. that ties up my cardio for the day. i sweat for about 15 mins after the workout. i will definately be checking into the website. I like how you've offered not only isolation and total body workouts but a basic starter kit for meal plans. but that inmind if you offer that to the public for free. im very interested in what you offer to clients. Thank you very much. Look forward to following your routines.

-This circuit workout is done 2-3x with no rests and 12 reps. -
1) Cable incline press 1: 46 superset with low cable cross 2: 20
2) hyperextension with W plate raise 3: 20
3) Plate curl with press 3: 50
4) Plank tucks opposite side 5: 00
5) bench dips 6: 00
6) Single leg Romanian deadlift, with bench step up 6: 20

Hey Jeff I got a problem. I'm commenting on an old post cuz I'm hoping theres a bigger chance of you seeing it. I live in a boarding school and the gym here is only open 4 days a week and all the Athlean-X training programs are 5 days a week in the gym. I was think about the Xero program but i have a gym and I might as well use it.

Ok, this guy is irritating - he wasn't fat in the BEFORE! Now he's just super skinny. I need to be the next Mr. X! C'mon jeff, choose a guy who was actually out of shape! This circuit seems so so - doesn't get me excited like most of Jeff's workout. Usually I'm amp'd about the videos, this one is a let down.

a lot of people make workingout harder then it actually is. saying it takes to long. and they don't have time, but that's a sign that they don't really know what they are doing! I love Jeff's Intel because he makes it easy for me to understand, and things work pretty well

-XDXDDX its split, 5 work outs a week with a meal planner, 2 days rest. im on my second week, been training fr 2 years, but havn't ever seen such unique movements that engage your core in almost every excerise. Thanx jeff

Good full body routine, but his form with the single leg deadlift is not very good. He-s rounding his back quite much and his left hip is going up too much.

totally unrealistic. this would only work if the gym is empty. just imagine having to go to each station and hogging equipment, how the others would react.
