I LIKE THE VIDEO! I am a technical writer and know how words are pronounced. Exercises are CON-centric and EC-centric -- contracting toward or pulling away from a common center. Consult any medical dictionary. I offer the correct pronunciation to help improve Jeff's good information. Willing to be educated, but could not find an alternative pronunciation from any source. If you have ANY reputable source for an alternate pronunciation of -eccentric-, please share. Keep up the good work.

I try stuff like this all the time it always feels like my rotator cuff is getting messed up. For front delts just do front raises. There's a lot of ways to do front raises, the way to find out which is best for you is to raise you arm with shoulderblades pinched down n back. Experiment with it and youll find which way is best for you by how your front deltoid is activated best. When activated it will feel hard and erect and full of blood in that portion of the muscle.

Hi Jeff, -
Great vids as usual. -
I see that you have TRX/Suspension straps in a few videos. Would you be able to show us workouts incorporating these? I appreciate that you want to steer clear of -free promotion- for TRX but I believe that these straps could be used effectively in the AX1 & AX2 programs. -
Regards, -

That is a pretty good thing. The only issues I sometimes have are boredom and I end up snacking. It's not out of control but I have heard things like - brushing your teeth can reduce sugar cravings. etc. So I was wondering if there were practical things one could do, beyond the mental.

Great tip. I use the same methodology to really torch the tris. Use a simple chest press to get some heavy weights up for a standard or decline DB skull crusher.
You'll definitely feel it but I got the most strength gains I ever have on tri's after -4 weeks of doing it.

i usually dont have a problem with getting it up, but when i go down my shoulders sometimes cracks and i can my bones rubbing against each other, but if i were to move my arms farther away it hurts the tendons, should i just go lower weights with higher reps instead?

Jeff my rota cuff plays up some time. I forgot the name of the one it is. It's the one that goes under your arm pit and fixes on the front of the ball joint. Shoulder has been known to pop out a few times! Is this exercise any good for me?
