X program. Let me coach you to your best shape ever with the exact workout and nutrition system I use with my pro athlete clients Martin: Its been 2 years since my 2nd left ACL reconstruction and I have been struggling with my right hip joint for a couple months. I think its BC I'm unconsciously bearing more of my weight on my right leg to relieve my left knee from pain. But lately this is becoming a major disruption in lower leg training and comfort. Thanks for the tip Jeff I definitely needed it!

hello jeff! can you please make a video about the (HIGH HIP, or HIP/PELVIC ELEVATION) condition? I have been working out for almost 4 years, and I have recently discovered that my lower back pain and knee pain are caused from a bad aligned hip (left is higher than right) and not from my bad posture or heavy weights. thanks much appreciated

Had a 3-foot foam roller lying around that I got before I got some shorter (and better quality) ones. I almost gave the old one away but now you've showed me a new use for it. On that second exercise, I can vary the height by adding a yoga block on top of the 3-footer or by stacking a couple of the shorter ones of various lengths.

I would just do them before after and on off days. It couldnt hurt. Before would be a warmup, after would be a cool down to help release all that acid in the muscles, and a few sets of each on off days could potentially hasten the recovery as an active rest day activity. Besides, doing any martial arts moves is always cool.

Hey, I torn my Achilles tendon about 4 months ago. I was wanted to know if you could make a video about how to prevent and/or strengthen tendons in the lower leg from rupturing, and ligaments in the knee area from tearing, . That would be greatly appreciate, thank you.

Are you nagging joint pains in your legs, lower back or hips? If yes then maybe silently you are seeking for its solution. In my opinion, there is a perfect solution for coulc. it/painfix you. Which gives your relief from pain in your legs, lower back or hips.

Ive trained by myself for a little under a year straight and have seen good gains without a doubt. But have been very curious about his ACTUAL workout plan. Hes very knowledgable, Im just skeptical of online programs. Can anyone verify who has done his programs?

I really want to know how Jack works his biceps and back without using a bar in his new bodyweight program. Is there a video he made about it? or if not can you make one and give examples of some of the exercises just go give an idea. Thanks.
