There is a huge difference between a workout and training. Even if you know a bunch of exercises and which muscles they work doesn't mean you can master your progress. Training is a science. Monitoring and analyzing your progress and adapt your training in the right way to avoid stagnation sometimes is a much bigger challange than the workouts themselves.
It really depends how good your background on traning science is and how much time you are willing to spend to stay update on anatomy, training routines, tests, nutrition and supplements and so on. A program like AthleanX can be a really useful option and I think it is far better than all those Jane-Fonda-Cardio-Jump-Around programs (some of them also have an X in their name.

I bought the AX-1 and AX-2. I loved both programs and I am about to finish up AX-2 and I will move onto the TNT program. I love how the programs are all laid out. He gives both video and written instructions and the test do prove that you are getting better even though you don't feel like it because its such a slow progress that you mind doesn't realize what results you have gotten from the programs. I don't even take supplements I just eat a nutrient dense diet and it does me better than wasting 100$ a month on bogus pills and shakes. Jeff I want to thank you and please keep up the astonishing work you have put into your program I cannot thank you enough!

I really really recommend this training system. I've gone to the gym on and off through most of my life like Lot of people do and always got bored and lost interest. Now at 42 years old I've done this once through and found it amazing. I got my much fitter and put on some lean muscle. I'm Not looking to get huge and lift more than anyone else, I'll leave that to the young guys who still feel the need to prove something to everyone else! I did find that in terms of endurance and stamina I could out perform some mates I trained with who are 15 years younger.

Would this program suit me? I have around 30 mins a day to train. I train in my garage where i dont have loads of room, the equipment i have is Bench for bench press, preacher curl seat, dipping unit, squat stands, around 120kg of free weights with 2 bars & 8 dumbells. Also is there an app for the program? Or do you log in to a website? Any help would be appreciated as i am considering this program. Thanks.

Alright guys, I-m starting the ATHLEANX -s first training program tomorrow, I-m very excited. I-ve been following Jeff for years and through all the research I-ve done to find the best online training, I-ve found this to be the best option. LUL the douche at 2: 40 shittalking P90X because he didnt have what it takes to pull it off. There are no shortcuts. Bring it or go back to your beer and football. Tony Horton provides the motivation and spirit that keeps you coming back. It dramatically transformed my body and saved my life! Im sure Athlean is good too but there is never a reason to try and trash the competition with words. Shame on you!

Lol this video doesnt make any of the Athlean X programs justice, I mean I know Jeff is the real deal and his programs are great but if I saw this without any background I would immediately think it is a SCAM and quick cash grab from some fool on the internet. the layout of the video and the overly enthusiast voice makes me cringe
However, for anyone watching YES this is a good program go get it.

Jeff you've helped me a lot in preventing injury and using functional exercises instead of targeting useless ones. I'm 15 my name is Cameron I'm from Florida I just want you to know all your videos have helped me so much with my goal to be a navy SEAL. thank you. I would recommend Athlean x to anyone. Jeff does not lie. The program works your entire body like never before and will increase your performance in sports greatly. I would also recommend his Supplements which will not disappoint you. I trusted that the program would get me ready for the Army and I have never regretted my decision.

Honestly I am not sure if I would ever buy any of these programs. I have gotten great results with simple dedication and supplements. Not saying that these plans don't work, but that they aren't necessary unless you are completely and utterly new to exercise, how supplements work and what they do and how muscle growth occurs etc.
