The guys your NOT referring to believe that they can earn their way wherever they want to go and you cant. in fact you will ALWAYS have to put MORE into it then you ever get out of it, you cant even break even and your going to die anyway. I have a six pack its under about an inch of belly fat. Im okay with that because I know Im strong and if the shit hits the fan Ill have a bit of stored up fats to live off of longer than you will fer sher. So look impressive all you like I will live you will die and that's ALL that matters. I could have them show if I wanted to. I work out but a little and I beef right up. I do respect what goes into my body but I cant always afford the good stuff as I have people to take care of and not a lot of money but hey very soon Ill be working yet ANOTHER job and it will be in the sub of a penzoil so it'll be hot I'll sweat and my abs will probably show anyway. I wont even have to try because I am awesome. SO your proud of your abs big deal that's YOUR weakness not mine I just like to be fit I don't give an aeronautical intercourse through a motivated pastry about self esteem its for weak ass people who NEED to feel superior rather than just quietly BEING superior.

I understand the frustration you spoke off at the start. The closest I got to having a 6pack was when i got a 4pack in Uni. It was during a time where we only had morning classes. so we as a dormitory could literally gym 2x a day everyday. and still have time to go to the market to search for all the healthy foods.
But that was nearly 10yrs ago. Now I'm approaching 30. I hit the gym 3x a week and. honestly some days I feel like the only people who have the time to get a 6pack at my age are people like gym trainers and actors. you know. because it is their JOB.

If your in your teens start now your metabolism is booming so eat what u want eat junk food just have some protein eat porridge and work a bit and you'll be big and if u loose it when u r older its ok u will have muscle memory an ex SAS sniper told be he's 35 and he eats McDonald's all the time and hes massive and for some reason I naturally have them I don't understand how it think its cos I get fed tons of protein and eat some crap now and then nothing I eat I'd frozen or tinned its all fresh just been picked

Out of all the trainers I've came across, Jeff is the realest and most honest guy. I'm tired of following advice from people, with bulk/lean, dad diet etc. Real results come with hard word, dedication, persistence. Working out right, and eating healthy plain and simple.

your so very right mate thats me. starting from today im going to eat clean no cutting corners from now on.
im working out 2hrs a day 5 days a week is that to much weekends i rest.

I need some help. I have worked out for many many months maybe like 8 every day doing about 30 min to an hour of abs a day and a still see no results. I don-t just do one guys workout regiment I do three and multiple times a day, I also eat right so what-s going on

A small percentage of people have a naturally lean midsection, meaning they hold less than average fat cells in that area. They will see results quicker than you and I. Don-t lose focus, stay the course and follow Jeff, you-ll get results, eventually.

I know people who eat junk and they have 6 packs. This might annoy some people, but it's the truth. They still eat junk food and processed food, but just within their calorie allowance. I'm not saying they are healthy, but they do have abs, fact.

Most people that say shit like that are young guys.
But don't worry we all get old, and if while young you're still getting results by eating unhealthy food, your body will hit the wall nasty once you reach your peak age.

Just eat moderate ( less than u usually eat) and cut sugar in food/drinks and lift/cardio then you are good to go, as a skinny guy it took me a year and a half to get abs (after a few mistakes i did in eating)
