12 Min BODYWEIGHT HAMSTRINGS Workout - Follow Along - Caroline Girvan

Subscribe to my YouTube Fitness Channel here: 12 Minute Bodyweight Hamstrings Workout at Home This workout is just perfect as part of your at home training to tighten and strengthen your legs. This is a follow along for 12 minutes in total. Quality over quantity here is best and try to think about the hamstring muscles contracting or lengthening during them movements. Try to train your brain to use only the hamstrings when lifting hips during the incline marches as apposed to squeezing the glutes, however glutes will be working alongside the hamstrings. The exercises are 50 seconds each, 10 seconds rest then on to next movement. 2 rounds so 12 minutes in total! Single leg Romanian Single leg Romanian Nordic curls Lying marches Standing curl at 30 degrees Standing curl at 30 degrees You can add weight in the Bulgarians as I did with bottles of water for example!

I also want to post about my days and progress!
Day 1: did only half - no energy to do more.
Day 2: felt the sore muscles - did half of it
Day 3: did the second half of the video and noticed there are small differences in exercise.
Day 4: missed: <
Day 5: missed: (
I start over.
Day 1: I did it in full this time! Oh, a few hours later my hamstrings really sore.
Day 2: Completed it. I kept on complaining about soreness, hahaha.
Day 3: Missed a day - a family member said my muscles need rest. Hm.
Day 3 for real: Completed the 12 minutes.
Day 4: Done. Was tough.
Day 5: Done. Was tiring.

Ok I've been really wanting to tighten the back of my thighs, so I'm going to do this workout for 2 weeks and see if this gets me any results!

Done this video long before, and yet today I'm back again from epic heat day 8, as complementary! Such good memories of sweet beginnings of discovering the best trainer I know! Elevated bridge sets such as marches, lifts and so on are still my favourites! Great hamstring Session! Thanks Caroline! -----

Did anyone else have the Pavlovian urge to suddenly finish the workout at 10: 24? I think I got so used to that song as the ending theme of her EPIC series that my brain wanted me to immediately cease exercising once it played lmao

I don't feel the stretch in my hamstrings at all in the first excerise, I feel like there could be more explanation on the form. How far forward should your leg be?

Hey! My hamstrings have been super tight a couple of days after this workout, what do i do? Stretching is very difficult when they are locked up
