I know I am behind everyone but I really wanted to finish this outstanding series. And I am in tears with gratitude and thankfulness for Caroline upon finishing. I can-t thank you enough Caroline for the time, thought, care and passion you devote to every single workout. So incredible and I am so excited for this year-s workouts! Going to start Epic Endgame and can-t wait to join everyone else! I know it-s only January but I am putting in a kind request for another 24 days of Christmas workouts for December 2022! I know I'm late to the party, but I did what I could when I could. That's why these 20 minute workouts are so valuable to me. I don't have much time so I squeeze these in if I can. I will definitely be going back through them again. They were perfect! Thank you Caroline! You really are the greatest!

Do you have a free meal prep that I could use with these workouts. I really love them. I am 58 and I just started back to working out hard, but I need to lose about 30 lbs, and I need meal prep ideas

Thank you so much for another outstanding series of workouts! I found these to be very effective and was wondering if anyone has any idea on the difference between these shorter workouts and the Epic series workouts in terms of impact. Thanks everyone and happy new year!

This series has been amazing; I am planning on doing it all again - love EPIC however these shorter sessions with add ons and extra focus on core/abs has been just right. Really hoping for more like this in 2022. Thanks Caroline: )

Finally finished this. I took a break on epic 3 to finish this but well worth it. -
Don't be fooled, I used 8kg for all moves except for the press and renegade rows I used 6kg. I worked up a sweat! Thank you Caroline

Caroline my doggie used to do that with me on the yoga mat. And now he-s gone he went to a better place I miss him so much. We used to watch your videos together. Thank you for everything.

Love these workouts so much! 20 mins is perfect for me due to time constraints. Does anyone know the name of the song that plays right when the workout is complete for this whole series?

Because of -Ramadan- and I am fasting all this month. I will practice this program I am in day 4. i confirm that is a amazing program for this month of Ramadan
