I would suggest incorporating high intensity training of some sort at least once per week into your training routine. I feel I gain so much from this. Aside from the obvious physical and health benefits, studies have shown the endorphins released during HIIT are considerably higher versus low intensity! And I can confirm the feeling after completing workouts such as this is simply the best! You have pushed your body and mind and you should be proud of yourself! The workout and timing is as follows, however there are indicators on the screen of time and exercise name throughout: Crouch hops x 5 to plank Mountain climbers REST squat jumps in and out (3 widths) Squat pulses REST Lunge front foot high Lunge pulses REST Lunge front foot high Lunge pulses REST Gorilla push ups Gorilla push ups pulses REST Straight leg abs Knee drive pulses REST Straight leg abs Knee drive pulses The first exercise is 30 seconds, followed by 15 seconds variation (mountain climbers or pulses) with 15 second rest after every 45 seconds. 3 rounds! The difference on the 3rd (last) round. combine straight leg abs to alternating straight leg abs and finish with 15 seconds high knees! Make sure you have a stable surface, small space to move up and down, grab a bottle of water, and lets work our whole body! You will feel amazing and it-s just 20 minutes!

-8/1 - I wanted to give your older videos some love! I did this after your resistance band glutes and thighs workout and I wanted to quit after the second round but I pushed through and crushed it! My favorite sequence was the first one! 150 max HR. -

Caroline this was great! I started with ur 500 ab challenge (was a bit sore from the 1000 yesterday) & then did this one. I loved ur different moves. Always looking for new interesting fun things to stay motivated at home. Thank u for all of this!

My first time: I finished 2 series, I feel nauseous and sweating a LOT. I think it is for someone more advanced in exercises hehe Anyway I will keep trying and hopefully one day I can complete all 3 series: ) Thanks Caroline

Loving your workouts. This was my 3rd in three days. Been doing lots of HIIT workouts from others but yours seem to fatigue muscles more, not just cardio. Rest day today though - my 54 yr old body needs a little recovery -

This was my 4th Tuesday in a row of this particular workout and I still have to bite my knuckles so I don't scream during the 3rd round of those lunge pulses. - The burn is REAL.
