Following the popular isometric core workout (link below, this is a 10 minute isometric routine for you all to try at home! Trust me, it is harder than it looks! There are 20 exercises, all 30 seconds each. Simply try to relax whilst holding the position. It is follow along with notification of what is next. Make sure you warm up before beginning. Simply come out of hold as bad when you need to. the fact we begin with 3 sets of wall sit variations really pumps the blood to your thighs straight away! The exercises are as follows: Wall sit Single leg wall sit Single leg wall sit Squat hold Sumo squat Pli- squat X over squat X over squat Squat tip toes Lunge tip toes Lunge tip toes Glute bridge abduction Glute bridge abduction Hamstring walk hold Donkey kick Donkey kick Leg raise Leg raise Side raise Side raise When performing the glute movements, really SQUEEZE the glutes. With the donkey kicks, aim to push the heel to the ceiling! This isometric leg workout is suitable for everyone as you can adapt each hold to your capabilities. Just try and breath! Enjoy!

Caroline, I'm enjoying your workouts so much. They are well-planned, with good music, the timer clock, etc. I was wondering if you would consider putting together a monthly workout calendar, with a month's workouts planned for us, so we know what workouts to do and how often?

I just wanted to thank you for these workouts! I have hypermobility disorder and doing regular workouts can cause trauma to my ligaments and joints. After doing these workouts I can achieve muscle soreness without pain in my joints. Love it: )

As you need some time to get into the new excersise, I would love to have the name of the excersise not only a few secondo before the beginning but at least for the first 10 second of the exercise itself also

Don-t let the 10 minute leg workout fool you even if you are advanced. Holy mackerel, it was great. I am an average exercise enthusiast, but I am up to the challenge.

Hey I really like this workout, but should I do this before my actual leg day workout (deadlifts, squats, hip thrusts etc) as a warm up or after as a burn out? -

It helped me woke up with positive feeling and strengthen my core. You must also add some instructions and guidance in between. otherwise it was lit--

That was killer! When I saw Caroline do the one-legged wall sit, I thought, -Wow! She's such a beast! And I thought I had strong legs. - - Awesome workout!
