This workout is a quick but effective 5 minute workout with 10 exercises all focusing on different muscles in the body. This is a perfect follow along workout for those who would like to focus on progression and is quick enough to incorporate into your training everyday across a period of time. You will notice that you are doing more reps per exercise, resting less or that you finish stronger! The exercises are for 30 seconds each and then simply move to next exercise. It is one round bringing you up to 5 minutes in total. You will need a stable chair and a mat. Bulgarian lunge Bulgarian lunge Decline pushups Squats Straight leg walkout to tricep push up Plank alternating leg raise Plank alternating toe tap Tuck to extension Reverse crunch Dips There are alternatives provided on screen for most of these exercises

This was a great workout, really felt my heart going and my body working hard. I'm struggling to find the time to workout but want to make an effort to get it into my routine, this is great for me.

Loved the quick workout, but was only a little hard to follow as the next move are displayed wile still busy with last move and disappears to quickly.
