I used to have legs before this workout. I felt the burn! Nice to see that you're also human and needed some rest occasionally! Keep the great work and thank you for the awesome time shredding together! (When we started working the arms I began to dread the abs training and it wasn't a -killing fat moment-. It was a complete slaughter! Lol)

Hello, how many times a week do you do hiit? And how many hours a week would you recommend spending on it? I have a hard time meeting my daily calorie burn goals unless I do long, intense workouts every day, which seems unsustainable. How can I make my 2400cal/day goal otherwise?

It's just so satisfying how caroline says - make it your own workout- it makes me to take a break whenever I need and feel more better after it. - THANK YOU SO MUCH CAROLINE! -

The sweat-level of this workout is a -- (out of 3) for me. I really enjoyed doing it, and definitely felt the burn in my arms sometimes!
