HOT HIIT! Oh yessss! Let-s get some sweat streaming! The timer will be on for 30 seconds per exercise with 15 seconds rest in between! Nearly every exercise will be performed twice aside from the staple that will be performed for only 1 set when it appear! The staple will appear a total of 5 times then included in the finisher also! The staple is HOT FEET! This is going to be fun! Aiming to keep that black straight- think about keeping the chest open and push hips back! Simply lift alternating foot as quickly as possible! All you will need for this sweaty session is your mat, a bottle of water and a towel near by! CROUCH TO PLANK CROUCH TO PLANK LUNGE TO KICK (one side) SWITCH SIDE! STAPLE: HOT FEET! CROUCH TO PUSH UP CROUCH TO PUSH UP STANDING SINGLE LEG KNEE JUMP SWITCH SIDE! STAPLE: HOT FEET! X5 SQUAT JUMP TO BURPEE X5 SQUAT JUMP TO BURPEE CHEST TO FLOOR BURPEE CHEST TO FLOOR BURPEE STAPLE: HOT FEET! LADDER TO PUSH UP LADDER TO PUSH UP FORWARD, SIDE, REAR, SIDE TO CENTRE FORWARD, SIDE, REAR, SIDE TO CENTRE STAPLE: HOT FEET! SPRINTER ABS (one side) SWITCH SIDE! ALTERNATING SINGLE ARM BURPEE ALTERNATING SINGLE ARM BURPEE STAPLE: HOT FEET! 1 MINUTE FINISHER! HOT FEET TO BURPEE ON BEEP! Ok so my legs were struggling to do those last few burpees! - but all good fun! Let me know if you had as much trouble as me feeling your legs! - This was a sweaty workout indeed but honestly I had so much fun! Those side to centre shuffles had me all confused! - Below is a link to a cardio workout with low impact if you prefer no jumping! I had planned this workout & as I was browsing to see if I liked it, I was skeptical. It looked so hard & explosive- I was dreading it all day. I was trying to motivate myself to do it; telling myself if I didn-t like it, I could just do something else. The closer it got to my workout time, the more I though I was just gonna do something else- thank god I didn-t. This was an intense, but manageable workout. It is amazing, I am literally dripping as I-m typing this lmaoo. Great workout, I truly appreciate it! I am practicing having a more consistent workout schedule & just doing workouts I like, this was a great motivator to keep going. Thank you for a great workout!

Im proud as hell that i managed to finish this while on antibiotics, this workout really made me pushmyself and im wet from sweat as hell (ive been sick for the past 2 weeks, i was without any training for a week but i cant afford to not train as im studying coaching. Got exams from strenght and gymnastics every week now aswell: ') )

I instantly smiled and almost wanted to cry when I saw the big fat DONE word. I-ve been procrastinating workout for months & chose this as my first workout to hopefully kickstart a workout habit. Thank you Caroline for being here with me!

HIIT workouts are by far my weakest and least favorite workout. But Caroline made it so fun and enjoyable! The time flew by with the awesome music and format and exercises! Caroline rocked it-thank you for being such an inspiration! --

I usually don't like to change into workout clothes for anything less than 30min, but this one got me! Wouldn't expect anything less than a butt-kicker from you, no matter the duration! Thanks so much!

WOW! the 1 arm burpees I barely got to a real burpee here goes! i got super sweaty I was nervous about this one but these Hiit workouts just blast the sweat out of you! Thanks Caroline

This was equal parts fun and hard. The only breaks this time around were when my watch malfunctioned - and thankfully that was only during the first two sets.

How? HOW do people do Burpees with one arm and not fall flat on the ground. My arms are Noddles I can't do it! And the floor is slippery as hell -

Thanks so much! that was a great quick but super intense Sunday Morning Workout. Definitely got sweating and felt the jumping squats!
