My abs and core feel rock solid after this quick routine! 15 minutes ab and core workout to target all muscles of the abs and to strengthen your core! A perfect finisher after any workout, particularly strength and cardio and great for those active rest days too combined with some cardio if you are being active! The timer is on for 45 seconds continuously with no specific rest period, however it may take a couple of seconds to get into position for next exercise. All you need is your mat! CRUNCH CIRCLES HAND BEHIND HEAD CRUNCHES GAZE DOWN LOWER STRAIGHT LEG BICYCLE 3 POINT HIGHER CRUNCH TOE REACH TO HOLLOW ELBOWS TUCK TO FLUTTER KICKS x 4 TOE TAP TO EXTENSION REVERSE CRUNCH V SIT TUCK TO EXTEND STRAIGHT LEG FLUTTER TUCK TO LEG OPENER PLANK LADDER PLANK HOVER W/ 2 POINT TAP PLANK HOVER W/ 2 POINT TAP (switch) PLANK DOG TO TUCK PLANK DOG TO TUCK (switch) SIDE PLANK W/ FOOT REACH SIDE PLANK W/ FOOT REACH (switch) PLANK HOLD This is my short and simple ab and core routine of today along with a stretch. I will link my stretch routine below as this is the typical routine I perform every so often! I-ll see you all in your next workout!

Caroline was my happy discovery at the start of this year! I'm currently midway wih EPIC 3, with many interrupions because of travelling. This is the case again so I was like - well, a 15-min workout to somehow fix this workout-less week would be easy. But actually from the middle onwards I was gasping for air. Omg to be honest I couldn't keep up. Modified some and or stay behind at a lower pace: ( I wonder when I'll be able to have easier abs workout (they are always the hardest ever! ) love the dog: )

Thank you, Caroline. Because of you, I was able to lose over 25 lbs in the last 3 months and I feel so much stronger & healthier. I am going to add this ab workout to the EPIC program routine.

I'm not a beginner but after first 3-4 exercises I was like oh shit, 20min, are you serious? Lol I loved this one, I add to my favourites

So great. I only had 15 min in me today and this was just tbe right amount of challenge to give me a sense if accomplishment.
