The front, side and rear delts are all targeted along with the triceps to assist with shoulder presses, lateral raises, flyes and partials! This is a unilateral workout so one side at a time! This allows for more rest between sets per side! The timer will be on throughout for 50 seconds of work, 10 seconds rest! As we are doing a unilateral format, we essentially get over a minute rest between each side! But there is a lot of sets so it is important to not let form be affected! All you will need for this shoulder session is your dumbbells! The dumbbells I am using more at the beginning of the workout are 9kg. I then reduce to 6kg for the remainder! SHOULDER PRESS SWITCH SIDE! SWITCH SIDE! SWITCH SIDE! ARNOLD PRESS SWITCH SIDE! SWITCH SIDE! SWITCH SIDE! 90- HOLD AT ELBOW LATERAL RAISE SWITCH SIDE! SWITCH SIDE! SWITCH SIDE! SUPINE GRIP FRONTAL RAISE SWITCH SIDE! SWITCH SIDE! SWITCH SIDE! REAR DELT FLY SWITCH SIDE! SWITCH SIDE! SWITCH SIDE! PALM FACING AWAY LATERAL RAISE SWITCH SIDE! SWITCH SIDE! SWITCH SIDE! HAMMER GRIP FRONTAL RAISE SWITCH SIDE! SWITCH SIDE! SWITCH SIDE! LATERAL RAISE SWITCH SIDE! SWITCH SIDE! SWITCH SIDE! PARTIAL LATERALS! SWITCH SIDE! SWITCH SIDE! SWITCH SIDE! Finisher: 30/30/30 ALTERNATING REAR FLY ALTERNATING LATERAL RAISE ALTERNATING PRESS PUSH PRESS! This is a sure fire workout to build strength and muscle in the shoulders-and I-m pretty sure you will enjoy the unilateral aspect with the rest each side!

I just started working 3rd shift and made my way back to home workouts, my body is so sore which is just proof these workouts are way tougher than what I was doing at the gym! I appreciate these slower paced workouts, I am really able to bridge the gap with my mind and muscle connection. The gym has been extremely unmotivating too many people want to chat and I lose focus. I want to thank you for the great content and always mixing it up!

I missed out this week workouts due to vacation and now came back to complete the gap in my epic iii journey- this one exactly hit my weakness but I enjoyed it- I wonder how you are utilizing your muscles to cope with all these raises and flyers - I felt lots of stress on top of my shoulders- my muscles around top shoulders obviously need more work. will go back to this later. ----

I LOVE every single one of your workouts. I have been following your workouts since the pandemic started and when the gyms opened again I never felt the need to go back. I will continue to follow your workouts as they are all amazing. Thanks so much for continuing to share. Keep up the great workouts!

Wonderful! I just loved that this workout was all dumbells! And all of the muscles around shoulders were targetted! Core was active and tight as well! Last set of finisher snatches got me real good, such burn -thank you Caroline -----

One of my favorites ever! Really got me to focus on form, and the unilateral work made me really stabilize my core. Such a thoughtful and challenging workout, perfect for a Monday. Thank you so much, Caroline! You are truly the best.

Ha ha! I love that - Caroline: -your body doesn-t know what weight you-re using, it just knows how hard it-s working. - Me: -Tell that to my bossy ego! -

Great workout! Loved that it was working one side at a time. You can get a chance to see which side is your weaker side- Thanks Caroline
