Let-s hit this session hard! High intensity for 30 minutes! Full body workout to get your heart rate up, challenge your agility, endurance, co-ordination, power and some balancing too! The timer will be on for 40 seconds of work at a pace that challenges you! We then have 20 seconds rest! This is NO REPEAT! No equipment needed! Its the firt HIIT im doing with you due to my pelvic organ prolapse and biy my cardio is not that great. I mean I do ll the low impact HIITs but this was something else for my lungs. It's good. I did look thru the excersises and saw that I felt good about trying this out. Im roast. Thanks again! Im not loosing fat but Im for sure getting stronger and my butt is starting to feel like its old self. Not so jiggly anymore. It feeels good.

Hi all! I-ve been following along with Caroline-s workouts and I love them so much! They-re always a challenge but you get out what you put into it. I haven-t commented before cause I-m a little late to the Epic II program. After this workout I felt like it was worth commenting to join this awesome community. What a killer HIIT today! I had a blast.

I really love the workouts of Caroline it's challeging and a lot of fun.
I tried to stick to a lot different workout/programs, but I was not really looking forward to it. But her workouts and programs. I love it! I get up early in te morning and exercise. These workouts became a part of my routine and I'm thankful for that.

At 93 percent i just can't, i just can't do it anymore. I know a lot of you will said why did i stopped when it was 7 percent to go. But for caroline hiit with no dumbell, this was far for me. But i think i'm gonna finish the last 7 percent. I took a break when i wrote this, so yeah, let's continue

omg omg. this one was really HARD for me. l did have to modify a few of these for sure. but l got through, granted nowhere as gracefully as Caroline, and I am glad I live alone. I am sure my cat was laughing at me, another great and challenging workout. thanks Caroline

Loved it! If somebody had told me a few years before that I would be able to do so many one hand push-up burpees in a row- thank you so much Caroline for helping us get stronger day after day

I looked a complete fool doing what parts I could of this workout. I was almost dead before 50%done. but between laughing at myself and sheer determination I finished it. that was TOUGH

This is the first HIIT from Epic 1 or Epic 2 so far that I feel like I did really well at as I had to take very little extra breaks. Super proud of myself!

I think I blacked out for a couple of seconds there omg. What was this. At one point i believed caroline is really a snake irl. This was so intense
