How often do you need to include stretching into your week of working out? could you use it on active rest day to? Love this SO MUCH! The tempo, the flow, the music. so so good. For what its worth, I absolutely LOVE when you include music without lyrics. I realize this is totally subjective, but for me it really helps to -zone out- and just stay in a calmer state of mind. Thanks as always!
