20 Minute stretch. simply roll out your mat and relax. Great for when you feel tight, stiff or generally post any tough workout when you want a deeper stretch! Make this routine personal to you. hold certain stretches for longer if you wish. Each hold is for approximately 30 minutes but transition simply when you are ready. Tagged this to the end of Epic Endgame Day 25 after a week off feeling demotivated. The quad and hip flexor stretch felt awesome. How often do you need to include stretching into your week of working out? could you use it on active rest day to? Thank Caroline, hope I have got my motivation back now to complete your Endgame Series.

Love this SO MUCH! The tempo, the flow, the music. so so good. For what its worth, I absolutely LOVE when you include music without lyrics. I realize this is totally subjective, but for me it really helps to -zone out- and just stay in a calmer state of mind. Thanks as always!

Heey Caroline. Is het mogelijk om meer van deze video's te maken? Korte intensieve stretch routines? Misschien ook wat yoga gerichte video's voor op de (actieve) rustdagen?

Please, could we have a few more - 15 min? Or 1-2 more? 1. With resistent band? 2. And foam roller? With smooth jazz? No one use smooth jazz as a background?
