Bring your A game today! 30 minutes to challenge yourself! Superset HIIT where push through on those last few reps makes that difference! This should be challenging! No matter your ability, experience. a pace that challenges you is what is important here! The timer will be on for 20 seconds, straight into 20 seconds another exercise before 20 seconds rest! We will perform each superset two times! All you will need is a mat and a bottle of water handy! Maybe open the windows too! SQUAT JUMPS SQUATS LATERAL LUNGE JUMPS (switch each superset) STATIC LUNGE JUMPS (same leg) 1/2 BURPEE CHEST TO FLOOR BURPEE PUSH UPS SHOULDER TAPS FWD & BK SQUAT HOPS LATERAL SQUAT HOPS CROUCH ON TOES TO JUMP SQUAT TO ALT FOOT KICK FLAT FOOT SWITCH MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS PIKE PUSH UPS CROUCH TO LEAN PUSH UP HOT FEET HOT HANDS MARCHES HIGH KNEES PLANK LADDER TRICEP PUSH UPS ROLLING BURPEE ROLL TO PUSH UP HOLLOW TO V SIT ARMS AT HEAD SIT UP ALTERNATING LUNGES BURPEE ALTERNATING LUNGE JUMPS As always, make this your own workout and pause when you need to! Last note. make this challenging! You can do it!

Definitely getting stronger. I was actually able to do those backward somersaults and get up this time. In one of the earlier workouts I basically just laughed as I crawled my way into an upright position. Still using my hands, but am determined to get to the point I can pop back up like Caroline hands-free.

I did it at the gym, when I was done the girl next to me talked to me because she was impressed of the level and intensity of the workout. And I was so happy to tell her about Caroline aha, always encouraging others to check out her amazing work

2022 and I am here, from Mozambique! This is my day 16! Hey, this is really HOT! Thanks for your very motivating sessions. I am a mother of 2 girls, 4 and 1 year old respectively and after 15 days of workout I feel great.

LOVED this session, it will definitely be my go to on HIIT day. It can be hard to find challenging workouts for intermediate to advanced fitness levels but this hit the spot. Thanks Caroline, you rock! - from New Zealand

I couldn't even hit -like- for last week's Hiit workout, lol - I'm dead right now as well, but I finished, so I guess that's a good thing. Phew. thanks for all your effort, love my daily workouts: )

i don't know how many times during this training i thought i was going to die or at least need an oxygen tent. i don't think i can do a single jump anymore! hats off!

I do this every night before my bed time to sleep better but I have school tomorrow so I rush this workout? Like skipping all the breaks.

I took numerous breaks. Very sore from previous workouts but my goal was to keep good form and not get sloppy. I figure it's not a race!

Hi Caroline! Thank you for the awesome workouts! I'm experiencing some wrist pain. Any tips on form or how to reduce the discomfort?
