1 hour circuit fun coming your way! 3 circuits combining dumbbells, bodyweight, isometric hold, core, ab specific and raising the heart rate all combined to create a solid 1 hour session to work through! All you will need for this workout is a pair of dumbbells and your mat. The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 12. 5kg each. The timer will be on for 45 seconds with 15 seconds rest between each exercise. Each circuit is performed for 3 rounds in total! The last 6 minutes is an exercise selected from each of the circuits so there is one dumbbell strength exercise, bodyweight, isometric, core, ab and heart raising movement!

Done, kind of - I really, really, really wasn't feeling strong or energized today so I modified the heck out of most of this session. I think I've been overloading myself so this will be my last Epic 2 for this year and I'll resume it come 2022. I'll focus on the Advent Series for now to sort of unwind so that hopefully, by January, I'll be well prepared to resume my Epic 2 journey.

I loathe / I like / I love. Having done all other epic series but skipped #2 originally, this is in y view the toughest (& it's not just the full HR, it's the weights & exercises together. Joy joy it's why we do it!

Fun? More like torture. I was reconsidering my life choices. Why am I working out and is being healthy really that important? I made it a little past halfway. I-ll come back another time to do the full workout.

I thought this would be an easy one so i almost didn't do it. So glad i did though because i was dying by the end -(never underestimating Caroline ever again)

loved that one! going through some older ones that i hadnt done and this was definitely fun, great choice of exercises to mix it up
