EMOM day! High intensity for 30 minutes! You will work hard but be so glad you did this! And there are different numbers For this workout, you will need a bottle of water handy and your mat for cool down! The timer will be on for 1 minute. You will aim to complete all 3 exercises within the 1 minute. The faster you complete the exercises with the reps, the more rest you gain before going again! This is repeated for a total of 10 minutes! We then have 30 seconds rest before moving onto next trio of exercises and the relating reps. In regards flexibility of reps, I would suggest reducing the reps of the first exercise in each trio if needed, so for example; X 5 chest to floor burpees instead of x 10 X10 alternating lunge jumps instead of x20 X5 burpees instead of x10 CHEST TO FLOOR BURPEES x10 (or x5) PUSH UPS x10 SHOULDER TAPS x10 ALTERNATING LUNGE JUMPS x20 (or x10) SQUAT JUMPS x10 SQUATS x20 HAND TO FLOOR BURPEE x10 (or x5) OPPOSITE HAND TO FOOT x10 MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS x20 However, if you are working on reps of push ups, I would suggest reducing reps of push ups to x5 for example! This is a challenge. a challenge I know we can do! Take a moment to consider your reps before you begin and of course drop reps if needs be during! You will surprise yourself with this session! Of course it will be challenging. as HIIT should always be! But you will do it! I very rarely do HIIT more than once per week. I did a 5 day HIIT IT HARD series last summer and is available below if you ever fancy a challenge though I wouldn-t recommend you do HIIT this often on a regular basis! If you are really challenging yourself you don-t need to do HIIT so often! For those who prefer not to jump and prefer low impact (but high intensity -, below is an alternative EMOM with no jumping! Have fun today! We can do this! Please ensure you warm up! Here-s my recommended HIIT warm up routine

This was a monster but so much fun! I was genuinely wondering why EMOM had to be our last HIIT session for EPIC II, but now - as Caroline said - I am so glad we did this.
It. Was. Not. Easy. But, it was definitely worth it. Not gonna lie, I reduced each of the first exercises as suggested, and I still had to take an extra pause after about 6 minutes of each of the groups.
It wasn't pretty, but it was doable.
Thanks, Caroline!
Really enjoyed our time together today and looking forward to finishing this programme with a bang!
Much love from South Africa

Wow I'm so proud of myself - first time through I've been able to complete all the reps! I've done this maybe 6 times over the past year, each time getting a little more efficient. The hardest thing to complete was all the push ups when I start losing feeling in my arms but i did it! I had to watch Caroline carefully to figure out how she made her transitions faster, like doing the jump first on the burpees so you can go right into the plank/pushup reps without getting up and back down. So satisfying to use this as a benchmark to keep coming back to.

Hello - your 74 year old devotee writing. Just finished this altho it took me about an hour with longer rests. This is my second time doing Epic 2 and will follow with 3 and heat. I love the workouts, but would ask that you post more modifications. I realize the most of your followers are much younger than I am, but with a nerve issue in my right arm and shoulder some of the movements are impossible for me. Any chance of posting some alternative moves? Thanks

I usually aim at the exact same reps and weighs than Caroline- really couldn-t keep up with her pace on this one, and yet as I truly pushed myself the entire workout I felt reallly satisfied at the end. I had an exhausting day and it was just the icing on the cake, thanks so much for this amazing cloudy post workout feeling,

That was ridiculous. Such a horrible feeling in the gut when you finish, glance at the screen and see that you have a whole 3 seconds to recover. Had to hit pause 4 times to get my gasping down to a reasonable level and grab a quick drink. Thanks for making me feel like an old man Caroline. :)

I am just now finishing EPIC II. I literally broke into tears when Caroline came closer to the camera and said -You did it! -. This EMOM is hard, no kid. & i'm so proud of myself for finishing it all the way through without cuts and pausing. Thank you for making me strong!

This was the first of your workouts, through epic 1 and 2 that I felt mentally and physically defeated!
I-ve never stuck to anyones program for so long. Still loving it and can-t wait to get onto the next.
You are truly the best -

But why did I legitimately cry after this workout? I broke when I saw Caroline come up to the screen and give the thumbs up - I-m so proud of how far I-ve come thanks to you -

Did it for I think 3rd time, still challenging especially the 1st sets of upper body! But it seems easier for me now! I'm really building strength
