SUPERSET HIIT! Dumbbells and bodyweight combined in supersets for a high intensity, action packed 30 minutes full of quick anaerobic bursts! For this workout you will need a lighter pair of dumbbells or x2 bottles of water and also your mat nearby to set dumbbells down on during movements! The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 6kg each. Where any jumping movements occur, there will be LOW IMPACT options shown on screen! As always, low pact doesn-t mean low intensity! - The timer will be on for 20 seconds of an exercise, followed immediately by another exercise for 20 seconds before resting for 20 seconds! Each pair of exercises within each superset is performed x2! DB BURPEES BODYWEIGHT BURPEES STATIC LUNGE BODYWEIGHT LUNGE / JUMP (same side) MAKER PLANK TO TUCK RDL TO SQUAT 1/2 REP SQUATS DUMBBELL HOVER TO KICK THRU BODYWEIGHT BURPEES RENEGADE ROW SIDE PLANK (same side) SQUAT WALK BODYWEIGHT SQUATS/JUMPS SNATCH SHOULDER PRESS SQUAT TO PRESS SQUAT (same side) PALMS UP CURL SUPINE ROW STANDING DIAMOND PRESS TRICEP PUSH UPS CLOSE SQUAT CROUCH ON TOES TO EXPLODE FRONTAL RAISE HAMMER CURLS STAGGERED SQUAT REAR STEP LUNGE (same side) PUSH PRESS SQUAT TO PRESS BURNOUT! 30 SECONDS OF 1/2 BURPEES! Smooth efficient manoeuvring, balancing quality form with high heart rate and a lot of energy required! The adrenaline will be pumping! I am confident you will smash this session and appreciate the variety between bodyweight and dumbbells! Enjoy everyone!

Today Caroline and I are using the same weights- 6kg. But here is the catch, when Caroline did 4 reps of presses I had only completed one lol. But today I noticed I could do tricep pushups in perfect form for those 20 secs. I thought I would fall like I always do but no. n it didn't even feel hard. BUT I HAVE PROBABLY SWEATED OVER TWO BUCKETS LMAO u shud totally see my yoga mat rn hahahhhhahaa. Thoroughly enjoyed! Cant believe its 30 workouts already. 6 weeks down? 4 more to go then

I just realized I have smashed at least 80 of Caroline-s workouts in 2021 and that for the first time in my adult life -working out more- is not my top new year-s resolution. With the help of the videos I am now feeling content and whole within my body and I will continue to grow stronger in 2022. Looking forward to it and wishing you all a great start in 2022! -

I cant believe Ive come to a point where I am checking the tomorrow's HIIT workout in advance! I never thought I would start to like doing hiits. your workouts cheer me up and I always look forward to the time when i workout. Dumbbell hiit. gonna smash it! Also excited for this week's two different leg days gotta feel that on quads---

Omg, this is the longest pause ive ever made so far from the beginning, but i did the whole exercises, thank God. And just as usual after the song of the end of session is played, my kid always noticed me that my the episode was finished and said -finished mom? You great! -, just like that i have energy filled again.

I love HIIT and this was definitely it. I alternated 10/15 db sets and dripping sweat. Half Burpees finisher was perfect! Active cal 210.
