It was just 7 exercises. well. I got my period so had to stop working out. Felt a little weak ngl but I completed it. My push ups were BEAUTIFUL. I cant even believe when I see the recordings. i skipped 31 32 33 coz I want to finish epic heat before 2022. so. I do feel guilty but today was amazing. my body and my palms are burning ahhaahahahahha I love it. I'm gonna do some ab workout nowwwww (abs are my fav even tho all I have is a 4 inch layer of fat lmao)

This was a great workout, I usually work out with 15-pound weights but I was soooooo tired today so I went down to 8 pounds but I kept up and crushed it. Thank you, Caroline, for rest day tomorrow I will do stretch and abs

I just realized I always come to the comment section after a workout and get a second little boost reading the comments. Reading before the workout is sometimes scary though, depending on the session haha.

If you struggle with dips like I do, take Carolines advice and use flat feet and move your feet in closer or even just do a hold if needed. I've improved at them a lot usung that technique!

The interesting format of workout, I like it. The most difficult are DIPS and SQUAT PRESS. I fell down on the floor, but I-m happy to complete this. YouVSYou - MeVSMe, thanks!

Does anyone know how to do the Bulgarian lingers without losing balance? I can-t really do it because I can-t stay balanced so I barely get the workout in for that section.

I did this today and my three kids and even the neighborhood kid did the whole thing together with me ages 8 and under! It was so sweet. Thanks for keeping me in shape-

This one had me drenched in sweat, but I liked it! Glad we're doing more work on the triceps as we near the final weeks (mine are still so weak.
