What is this? So tough! You really make me move and use all my muscles Caroline! I am all too tired! But I wanna share my arm strength progress so far
In Epic 1: didn't have any experience in lifting and strength training got no core and arms strength. Used only 5lbs pair. Can't do a single cobra push up. Can't do plank ladder. Struggling in side plank.
In Epic 2: I started observing core strength, used 10lbs pair and 5lbs pair. I can lift 25lbs during lower body. Slowly seeing upper body strength and core strength. Can now do plank ladder. Can now do side plank.
Complex series and Unilateral series: Still can't do push-up but now can do many reps of plank ladder and a 2 perfect reps single arm cobra push up (each arm. Side plank is with a good form. And my arms and upper body are all sore from yesterday but I managed to do it!
The strength I've gained all these months! Gained weight because of lean mass on my lower body and get much stronger. I am loving it! All thanks to you Caroline for pushing me! --

I'm out of town in an Airbnb, with no equipment except for books on a shelf -- so I'm not sure what to expect with -bodyweight workouts- -- stacked Books work great in place of yoga blocks -- this bodyweight workout was much more challenging than I ever expected. Thank you for helping me not miss my workouts while away.

Wow this session was amazing Caroline! earlier this day I felt so low and there are a lot of thoughts that bother me but somehow when I did this workout I felt calm and extremely relaxed although some of the moves were challenging. I never consider myself as a fan of calisthenics but this became an exception.

absolute beast mode for this workout. I am on vacation and dont have weights or gym near. I figured bodyweight will at least keep me somewhat in shape for my return home. Nope! I am getting absolutely ripped! I think I ahve to agree with Caroline that this is my fav type of workout

FIRE! Did this one today as a 'break' from higher impact and wow, that brought the burn (especially since I did heavy legs yesterday. Ok so on the lunge hamstring curl? HA! I could barely get my foot 2 inches off the floor! That's a LOT more difficult than it looks!

Caroline, you have so good workouts but not talking abd explaining the form during the workout is a great stoppet. It's very difficult to look constantly in the screen and trying to figure out whether my form is correct or not.
