Shoulders, triceps & biceps! A dumbbell unilateral workout straight to the point! Pressing, raising, curling and extending to target the arms and shoulders by using unilateral training! It may only be 10 seconds rest but due to the fact we switch side each set, you are having just over 1 minute rest per side! Some of the exercises I will be kneeling, however you can perform seated or standing! For this upper body workout, you will need a pair of dumbbells and your mat! The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 9kg and 6kg each. The timer will be on for 50 seconds of work, 10 seconds rest. All the exercises will be performed x2 on each side so for example, left side, right side, left side, right side. SINGLE ARM PRESS SINGLE ARM PRESS (switch) SINGLE ARM PRESS (switch) SINGLE ARM PRESS (switch) ARNOLD PRESS ARNOLD PRESS (switch) ARNOLD PRESS (switch) ARNOLD PRESS (switch) LATERAL RAISE LATERAL RAISE (switch) LATERAL RAISE (switch) LATERAL RAISE (switch) FRONTAL RAISE FRONTAL RAISE (switch) FRONTAL RAISE (switch) FRONTAL RAISE (switch) PALM UP CURL PALM UP CURL (switch) PALM UP CURL (switch) PALM UP CURL (switch) HAMMER CURL HAMMER CURL (switch) HAMMER CURL (switch) HAMMER CURL (switch) CROSS BODY CURL CROSS BODY CURL (switch) CROSS BODY CURL (switch) CROSS BODY CURL (switch) SKULLCRUSHER SKULLCRUSHER (switch) SKULLCRUSHER (switch) SKULLCRUSHER (switch) TATE PRESS (single arm) TATE PRESS (switch) TATE PRESS (switch) TATE PRESS (switch) OVERHEAD TRICEP EXTENSION OVERHEAD TRICEP EXTENSION (switch) OVERHEAD TRICEP EXTENSION (switch) OVERHEAD TRICEP EXTENSION (switch) Finisher! And I thought this would be easy! Oh my goodness I wish for this to stop already my arms are so sore already. This arm isolation is too taxing. I love upper body but what the heck is this? -- I'll definitely push getting an upper body strength more I've gained it in E2 but it's not enough. When I'll do EH as I would be buying new weights and sell this old one as I wanted adjustable than fixed now I wanna upgrade even it means reducing reps. Thank you Caroline! --

Normally, I dread leg day. And when I see you have a leg day scheduled, my first thought is -Oh my. This workout will be tough. - Your style and format of your training plans -- including those leg days -- really helps me push thru and challenge myself. My leg strength and even mobility has greatly increased since starting to train with you and your amazing programs! THANK YOIU!

I really can't explain it, but these workouts put me in the BEST mood! Even though my weight is significantly less than Caroline's, I still feel so positive and encouraged and really proud of my progress. I really can't express enough how much I love Caroline and her workouts. All her effort and hard work is so appreciated! This is by far one of my favorite arm workouts. -

I don't want anyone to concern, but unilateral exercises made my heart and the rest to ache for days. I don't have the same response about other dumbell exercises, but just wanted mention if anybody experienced same after exercise.

This was awesome! I think this is now my most favorite arm and shoulder workout. I liked the unilateral concept. I was able to do more reps this way and really feel my arms getting worked. Thank you so much, Caroline!
