UNILATERAL Full Body Workout at Home with Dumbbells - Caroline Girvan

Mostly compound dumbbell lifts performed unilaterally targeting the back, chest, shoulders and entire lower body! A lot of muscles involved within each exercise before we turn up the pace towards the end with some full body movements to increase the heartrate! For this unilateral full body workout, you will need a pair of dumbbells and your mat! An option is a chair or something to lean against for the single arm rows but you can simply lean supporting hand on opposite knee! The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 17. 5kg each and 9kg each. The timer will be on throughout for 45 seconds of work, 15 seconds rest. We will perform most of the exercises for 2 sets per side, however towards the end with the full body movements, it will be one set per side! I loved this! So happy I finally had the chance to tackle this workout! I had a lot of fun! Loved the format and layout. The staple is a favorite of mine. I really loved how things ramped up at the end with the full body movements. I always enjoy dumbbell burpees and makers! The one sided maker was new I really liked it! - Thanks Caroline! Paired this with your CHILLED Cardio workout instead of the optional 30 mins Constant Cardio and it was PERFECT! i really love this workout and also this series! excited to do the HIIT this Sunday. Thank you Caroline for this magnificent series.

Great workout! I never finished the Epic program because I was ill prepared and did not realize the commitment needed. BUT now that I know what it takes Im starting again. May 1st. Ty for all that you do!

Not as hard as usual but still challenging. Varying intensity is good. The RDL-s were the easiest exercise. Carolyn-s legs were shaking so that must mean I need heavier weights.

Agreed with everyone else this is the best and most demanding series so far, and I still have a hiit session to look forward to.

Went into this workout thinking it was 30 minutes long, not gonna lie, those 45 minutes were absolutely killer! xx
