On the repeat with this one - forgot just how good this is. Modified a little today and use a barbell replacing the Arnolds for presses with the 40kg Bar. Used 10kg for all the rest and finished with 4 Arnolds using 15kg. those were tough. I had forgot just awesome the Beastmode series was. -
