Front delts, chest and triceps worked to the max in this upper body workout invoking dumbbells and bodyweight! All exercises performed for 40 seconds for 4 sets to assist muscle growth (hypertrophy! For this upper body workout you will need a pair of dumbbells, a chair for bodyweight dips and your mat! The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 17. 5kg each and 9kg each! The timer will be on for 40 seconds of work throughout with 20 seconds rest inbetween each exercise! Each exercise will be performed for 4 sets! CHEST PRESS FLYES PUSH UPS DIAMOND PRESS DIPS TRICEP PRESS TRICEP PUSH UPS LYING OVERHEAD TRICEP EXTENSION DIAMOND COBRA PUSH UPS Finisher: 45 seconds each! DEADSTOP PUSH UPS DEADSTOP TRICEP PUSH UPS My chest, arms and shoulders worked seriously hard today! Enjoy the feeling of accomplishment after this! Lots of lying down but a lot of lifting! Your triceps will be pumped after this! And that bit stronger too!

I'm amazed how i feel my chest burning ONLY after your workouts. I don't know if it's the length of the workout, or the playlist in the background that keeps me going. But it's definitely amazing! Oh those tricep pushups after those tricep presses. taking a longer recovery time after that one wow! What an effective upper body workout. sweating and 430 calories burned thus far according to my Fitbit but who knows how accurate that is! Thank you Caroline

Yesterday I pushed myself with this arm workout - I felt great awesome and strong thoughout! Today I feel like a dinoSORE.

I'm revisiting workouts and ouch, this one hurts. I couldn't even do one rep of the deadstop triceps pushups. I could do half reps: I could go down, but not up. Ouch, I'll feel this tomorrow, this was challenging and super fun.
