It-s day 4 in the Calisthenics Series and it-s time for a full body workout! The format is one of our favourites-. Complexes! We will work through 11 mini complexes to complete a full body workout! This is definitely one of those workouts to have fun with! Smile through those tough moments! All you will need for this full body workout is your mat, your yoga block/thick book/stepper. Each complex is 3 minutes duration with 20 seconds rest inbetween each complex! X10 SUPERMAN DEADSTOP PUSH UPS X10 HEEL ELEVATED SQUATS 1/2 REP SQUATS X10 (all same side) LOW TO HIGH PLANK UNEVEN PUSH UP X10 (switch side) LOW TO HIGH PLANK UNEVEN PUSH UP X10 (all same side) ELEVATED CURTSEY LUNGE ELEVATED STATIC LUNGE X10 (switch side) ELEVATED CURTSEY LUNGE ELEVATED STATIC LUNGE X10 PLANK HIPS UP & DOWN PLANK HIP DROPS X10 (all same side) REAR FOOT LIFT LUNGE STAGGERED SQUAT X10 (switch side) REAR FOOT LIFT LUNGE STAGGERED SQUAT X10 TOE REACH LEG LOWERX10 HOVER TO DOWNDOG ALTERNATING KICK THRU I absolutely loved this workout! I really hope you do too! My legs and arms were definitely feeling alot of this!

This workout was as intense as all others in the calisthenic series. It took me 1hr and I had to pause numerous times and start anew. The plank variation complexes were hardly doable. I mean, holding a plank for 3 minutes straighr is already a massive challenge, but adding movement to it is so difficult -. My core was no strong enough for this. I was totally exhausted after the workout and drenched in sweat -. But using the body as resistance is a nice change at times.

This was awesome. I have just started with Calisthenics and this was really hard but great. Adding that little block made ordinary/basic moves really hard. ( I was glad to see you - shake it out- sometimes) Where should I start using your programs if I am a seasoned exerciser and want to build muscle? Thanks again. Fiona

Workout done! - It-s a great workout to start workout out again after some rest days (and after filling one-s stomach with lots of food haha. Also I really appreciated the choice of songs, it made it even more pleasing - Thanks for the workout!

Finally got around to this one after having it bookmarked for a while -- a super solid workout! Definitely felt it activating my quads, glutes & chest! Loved it -- perfect for a vacation workout.

This is so good I just never get tired of revisiting. I just come super trained from Endgame and this is still SO HARD! Thanks you Caroline for having such variety and such challenges!

I definitely underestimated Calisthenics. I thought I was fit FIT because I try to weightlift and do HIIT workouts everyday but I WAS SWEATING BUCKETS halfway through this workout. Wow!

did anyone else read -hover to hotdog- instead of -hover to downdog-? i was like wth what kind of exercise is a hotdog? no? just me? ok then.

This is a killer! Love how these exercises are easy on their own but when stacked like this it gets real tough.

How could you even make a smile while doing the workout?
F- word was on my mouth like evey second minute.
