Here we go! 30 minutes of high intensity interval training to test your stamina, speed, coordination and overall athleticism! Using our bodyweight only, we will involve all of our major muscle groups as well as elevating our heart rate! The timer will be on for 30 seconds per exercise and 15 seconds rest! Each exercise will be performed for 2 sets! Where an exercise is based on one side of the body, the next set will be the opposite side! KICK THRU BURPEE (all one side) KICK THRU BURPEE (switch side) ALTERNATING KICK THRU ALTERNATING KICK THRU PLANK TO TUCK PLANK TO TUCK MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS SPRINTER LUNGE TO KNEE TUCK (one side) SWITCH SIDE! HAND TO FLOOR SQUAT HAND TO FLOOR SQUAT 1/2 REP SQUATS 1/2 REP SQUATS SUMO SQUAT TO RDL SUMO SQUAT TO RDL WALK OUT TO TRICEP PUSH UP WALK OUT TO TRICEP PUSH UP HANDS OFF TO PUSH UP HANDS OFF TO PUSH UP STAGGERED SQUAT TO STANDING KNEE STAGGERED SQUAT TO STANDING KNEE LUNGE TO SQUAT (one side) SWITCH SIDE! CHEST TO FLOOR SPRAWL CHEST TO FLOOR SPRAWL PLANK SAW PLANK SAW REAR FOOT LIFT LUNGE (one side) SWITCH SIDE! CROUCH TO EXPLODE! CROUCH TO EXPLODE! SIDE PLANK TO PUSH UP (one side) SWITCH SIDE! HANDS TO FLOOR BURPEES! HANDS TO FLOOR BURPEES! REVERSE CRAB ALT FOOT TO HAND REVERSE CRAB ALT FOOT TO HAND FINISHER! ALTERNATING SINGLE ARM BURPEE! ALTERNATING SINGLE ARM BURPEE! Have fun with this workout! It-s not easy but I made sure to try and smile as best I could and simply feel proud for doing it! The staggered squats and the -crouch to explode- for me always make it so hard! But I always think- it-s only 30 seconds! If you find this HIIT workout challenging, remember that means you are doing it right! I really hope you have fun with this sweaty one!

Man, that last exercise has helped me realize how far I've come and how far I still have to go. I could do it, which I know I wouldn't have been able to a few months prior to today but I could only do them slow, and still, some of them I had to let my other hand come down so I didn't fall over. This was a great workout, it was very tiring but rewarding at the same time. Good job Caroline, can't wait for day 5 of Epic III tomorrow!

I was really sick last week, the entire week went by in bed. horrible time!
No exercise, no workouts, no weights and no Caroline! I couldn't even stand for a few mins: (
Feeling better this week, and decided to ease my way back into training by repeating the Calisthenics series this week: ) hopefully I'll be able to smash it with the weights from next week: D

Wowww that was a killer! LOVED IT! I am a very active person who sometimes struggles to be in lockdown. Its funny, whenever i am anxious or sad, or have too much energy my partner says: gooo, goo, Caroline is calling you! and i do and it makes me a much better person: D thanks dear Caroline for amazing sessions.

My dad proposed Caroline-s videos to me to help with my soccer performance, and I-ve been following mainly her HITS for awhile now, and I tell you this is by far one of the hardest ones I-ve done! Felt like I was going to puke but I did it! Time to introduce Caroline to my older sister now!

I love it! The first half was harder for me than the second half, and the last one was the hardest for me lol. Thanks for the workout I really enjoyed! Just by being able to accomplish this workout already made me feel stronger. mentally as well! Yay!

Crouch to explode kills me everytime. I am sweating like I just went in the pool, haha THANK YOU CAROLINE THE CALISTHENICS WEEK IS AMAZING!
