CARDIO COMPLEXES to get you sweaty and heart pumping! A full body cardio workout that is different to HIIT workouts-. HIIT workouts are short intervals of high intensity (and heart rate is more a spiking format) whereas this is longer duration of moderate intensity (heart rate evelated but more consistent) but that doesn-t mean any easier! Each complex is 2 minutes duration with 20 seconds inbetween before the next complex! All you will need for this sweaty session is your mat and lots of energy! Remember to go at your own pace! Your pace to be able to sustain may be faster or slower than me so just make sure to have fun and enjoy feeling so alive! Short and sweet I loved it, Great 20 min heart pumper! Been following since start of pandemic, incorporating Caroline-s sessions throughout the week, into my normal gym routine. I am so much impressed with your strength and energy. I am now trying to do this workout 5 days per week. Of course, at the half speed of yours now. Yikes! That was much harder than a 20 min HIIT but I loved it. Had to take a little more than 20 secs in between each complex tho. oh well. even if I think i'm not doing well I tell myself I'm doing better here than on the couch! Thanks Caroline!

for the first time i think, i was happy when it said 3 min left! i feel like the streches should be more varied and longer. like at least 3-5 minutes. i play the stretch part at 0. 75 speed to hold the static stretches longer.

I am doing kinda my own regenerative work after finishing EPIC ENDGAME extremely tired. The advent calendar is a perfect fit. Pretty much like everything Caroline does. Love you Caroline, hope you are enjoying some rest!

One year out postpartum twin mama here and this workout kicked my butt! Even with modifications! Just now getting back into working out and just discovers CG. I-m hooked! Thank you for these workouts.

She isnt trying to sell me anything, and doesnt make it a race to keep up,

Holy crap this feels awesome! Even though I had to modify 70% of the moves and was definitely moving slower than you, that still felt crazy intense. But I did it! Thank you!
