okay, i discovered you through linda sun (my queen, i love her) and she kept mentioning how your workouts were always so enjoyable and how you made them feel so short. i didn't really believe her at first but omg after trying your workouts for a bit, i have to say that she is right. somehow, someway, your workouts make time fly by, and before i know it, i've completed my 45 minutes. thank you so much caroline! love what you do -

This is my third full body workout I-ve done with you I really appreciate the way you explain things and how you emphasize your form. I haven-t done weights for sometime due to health issues however now it-s time to get back on the bandwagon. I have a few restrictions but I-m working around them. As a senior lady I know the importance of weight baring. So that being said thank you so much and keep the great videos coming.

I have done this workout every other day for 6 weeks so far. I alternate with some type of cardio. I know it seems crazy to do the same full body workout over and over. But, I am just starting my strength journey. It is still a challenge. Once I master this, I plan to add variety. If this seems ridiculous, let me know.

Wowsers, I'm surprised I got through as much of this as I did, had to give up on one round of lunges as they are very painful for me and I struggle to do them. I'm also a weakling who can only 5kg weights at the mo due to painful joints from hypermobility but going to keep pushing xx

Moe here to say I just completed this workout today and loved it. But since I did the Firewalker Lower Body yesterday it was a challenge on the legs as I am still hurting. Love 30-45 min workouts and thank you, you rock. Til the next workout. -
